As soon as your package is scanned by our logistics carrier, an automated confirmation email is sent containing your unique Tracking Number and a one-click link to follow your shipment.

We ship internationally with pre-cleared customs documentation whenever available. For the vast majority of orders to the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia, packages pass directly through customs without any duties or fees due to de minimis value exemptions.
In the rare event that local customs authorities in your country impose import duties or clearance fees, the recipient is responsible for settling those fees in accordance with local regulations.

Package Never Delivered: If carrier tracking shows no updates for 14 business days or reports the package as lost, we will send an immediate free replacement or issue a 100% full refund.
Damaged on Arrival: If an item arrives damaged from handling, simply email photos to support@threebrothersstores.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no charge.
